Both I and those, who prepares riot against me, bear the partys seal, Ali Aliyev, the chairman of the Azerbaijani National Independence Party (ANIP), told Trend.
It should be mentioned that Aliyev will hold a congress of ANIP on 21 January, while Etibar Mammadov, the leader of the party, plans to organize a congress on 22 January. The sides seek for the documents, seal and stamp of the party.
Aliyev stressed that all legal documents related to the party were in his hand. Nevertheless, they write under signature of Rustamov to the Justice Ministry and other instances slander of different character, alleging that I have stolen the documents belonging to the party, he underlined.
Ayaz Rustamov, the chairman of the Central Control and Inspection Commission, also acting chairman of the party, told Trend that Aliyev really had one duplicate. Vagif Mammadov, the secretary on financial issues, always bore two seals, but Gulzar Novruzova, once worked at the personnel department of the party, duplicated the seal and handed over it to Aliyev, he stressed.
Rustamov also noted that he addressed to the Justice Ministry in this regard. We will take appropriate steps within the law after the congress of the party to be held on 22 January. If Aliyev does not return the documents and the seal belonging to the party, we will have to turn to the law-enforcement bodies, he underlined.
