The main subject of discussions at the 5-th winter session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly to be held in Vienne on 23-24 February will be the issues of conflicts and ethnical minorities in the world, a member of the Azerbaijan delegation PA OSCE, a Milli Mejlis deputy Rabiyat Aslanova told Trend.

She noted, according to the UNO report for 2002, as compared to the report of the organization in 1950, the number of migrants throughout the world increased three times. Aslanova, having underlined, that by preliminary data 17 million migrants are numbered in the world, noted the importance of discussing the issue of increasing the flow of migrants from one country to another. She also noted, the PA OSCE committee will discuss a number of other issues and appoint the rapporteurs. Aslanova added, during the winter session its participants from 55 countries will be given detailed information on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. She also said, they remained displeased with the document on Nagorny Karabakh by the organizations rapporteur Goran Lenmarker. В"Azerbaijan and Armenia are equated with each other in the report, and no ways out of the conflict are pointed out there, Aslanova said, having not ruled out, this time the Azerbaijan delegation will meet with Lenmarker.
