President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev issued a decree on establishing the State Committee on City-planning and Architecture, Trend reports.
Under the decree the State Committee on Building and Architecture is cancelled.
The functions of the liquidated state committee in building sector as well as the state design institute В"Рђzergospromproject and the off-departmental chief administration on expert examination (Gosglavexpertiza) will subordinate to the Emergency Ministry.
The Cabinet of Ministers is commissioned to elaborate in one months period and submit to President proposals on regulations, structure, cost estimates and the staff number of the newly established state committee and unification of normative and legal acts in line with this decree.
