By the decree of the Azerbaijan president Ilham Aliyev of 3 March 2006, Nasib Mahamaliyev has been appointed head of the Nasimi district executive power of Baku city, Trend reports.
Earlier, Mahamaliyev occupied the position of the head of the Balakan province executive power. He was discharged from this post by another presidential decree.
