The issues of further cooperation between Azerbaijan and Oman have been discussed during the meeting of the Azerbaijan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Saudi Arabia, Elman Arasli with the Oman Foreign Minister Yusef Alyavi and the Minister of Trade and Industry Mugbil bin Ali, the Azerbaijani Embassy to Saudi Arabia has told Trend.
According to the report from the Embassy, Arasli who was at the same time accredited in Oman and who has accomplished his diplomatic mission voiced his gratitude for fruitful cooperation on development of the Azerbaijani-Omani relations at the meetings.
The Omani officials assessed highly the Ambassadors activities and noted his big role in expanding bilateral relations between the both states.
Exchange of views on the issues interesting for the both sides, including those concerning the preparations and holding the XXXVIII conference by the Foreign Minister of the Organization of Islamic Conference has been held.
