Im very sorry that the report was drawn up on the base of the incomplete information, presented to the U.S. State Department, Ramil Usubov, the Azerbaijani Internal Affairs Minister, said on Saturday, Trend reports. He was commenting the last report by the U.S. State Department.
The activities of the Internal Forces and other law-enforcement bodies in 2005, measures taken by the law-enforcement bodies to prevent mass disorders were presented by the State Department as unlimited violent acts. I dont agree with it, Usubov underlined.
The law-enforcement bodies fulfilled the liabilities imposed on them under the law. They took appropriate measures in regard to the people violating the order within the law. Violation of law and infringement of human rights is out of the question, the Minister said.
