The Azerbaijan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Elmar Mammadyarov, will take part in a conference of foreign ministers of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), which will be held in Jeddah on March 15. Mubariz Imanzade, consultant of Azerbaijani embassy in Saudi Arabia, exclusively told Trend.
According to Imanzade, the major aim of the conference is eradication of Islam-phobia and OICs activities in that respect. Situation in Iraq and Palestine will also be under discussion. Official document could be designed in the end of the conference.
Bilateral meetings of Azerbaijani minister of Foreign Affairs with his foreign counterparts will also take place in the course of the meeting.
