Additional accusations might be laid on the arrested Barmek employees, assistant of the Attorney General Eldar Nuriyev told Trend.
He said that in the course of investigation conducted by the Administration for Struggle with corruption of the General Attorney office regarding the case of Barmek, were identified new law-breaks committed by the companys vice-president Omar Guller, technical director Vaffa Agayeva and head of technical-operative department Mahir Novruzov.
With this consideration, the above mentioned employees of Barmek were called by the investigation as suspects. Criminal cases have been started on these charges according to the article 179 (appropriation of property), article 312 (official forgery), article (abuse of official position) of the Criminal codex.
If the new circumstances will surface in the course of investigation, new charges can be moved out against the accused, Nuriyev said.
