Establishement of the Karabakh fraction at the Milli Majlis [Parliament] remains uncompleted, Trend reports referring to MP Fazil Gazanfaroglu, the chair of the Great Establishment Party.
Preliminary agreement was achieved among 18 MPs. The goal of the initiative is to keep the Nagorno-Karabakh problem in the agenda and seek discussion of the ways of solution among MPs.
Gazanfaroglu stressed that they did not achieve any progress in the talks on establishment of the fraction. We dont want to publicize number of MPs to be represented in the fraction. Therefore, impossibility of establishment of the fraction can only please foreign anti-Azerbaijani forces, he stressed. Gazanfaroglu also said the negotiations continued and over 50 MPs will sign document on establishment of the fraction soon.
