A staff meeting of the Justice Ministry considered n 29 March an appeal by the Azerbaijan National Independence Party on the registration of the party, Ali Orujov, the spokesman for ANIP, told Trend.
He noted the staff meeting of the Justice Ministry discussed documents of the ANIP congress held on 22 January and a resolution of the Central Board dated 8 January. At the decision of the Ministry, ANIP led by Etibar Mammadov was registered, he informed.
According to Orujov, after the resolution Aliyev will have no right to speak on behalf of ANIP chairman.
