Ali Aliyev, former chairman of the Azerbaijan National Independence Party (ANIP), will appeal to the Justice Ministry, Trend reports.
On 29 March the Justice Ministry registered the ANIP led by Etibar Mammadov on the base of documents submitted by the party.
Aliyev voiced his dissatisfaction with the said resolution by the Justice Ministry. The Political Board of the party will discuss the resolution. First we intend to resolve the issue through the district. If the process is delayed, we plan to appeal to the international courts, he underlined. The party leader assured irrespective of the resolution of the Justice Ministry the ANIP will continue its activities.
Aliyev also informed that the Wednesday meeting of leaders of the Azadlyg bloc, the largest opposition alliance, due at 13:00pm will discuss the recent resolution by the Justice Ministry.
