In the course of the meeting among experts from Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, it was decided to organize a meeting of transport ministers of these countries in June 2006 to speak of opening railroad communication along Kars-Ahalkalaki-Tbilisi-Baku route, reportedly said Azeri Transport Minister Ziya Mamedov.
Ministers are speaking of and approving the final draft of the document. At the moment, there are three versions of TEO. Average cost of the project is some $400mln.
