Babayev said 123,056 people (31.46%) voted in all 10 constituencies by 500PM, while by 300PM they totaled 102,935 (26.32%).
16.03% (6,092 people) voted in second Binagadi district в"- 9, 22.61% (8,549) in second Surakhani district в"- 31, 29.94% (10,061) in Nizami-Ganjevi в"- 38, 38.9% (16,945) in second Sumayit в"- 42, 29.16% (12,317) in Sumgayit-Absheron в"- 44, 33.88% (13,471) in Jalilabad-Masalli-Bilasuvar в"- 69, 30.09% (11,010) in Gedabek в"-103, 26.95% (11,118) in Tovuz-Gazah-Agstafa в"- 106, 51.88% (21,752) in Zagatala в"-110 and 32.42% (11,641) in Agdam countryside district в"-119.
In total, 391,109 voters registered in all 10 constituencies.
