Repeat parliamentary elections in all 10 constituencies of Azerbaijan may be considered complete, Trend reports quoting Igbal Babayev, chairman of Information Center Sechkiler.
Babayev said Azerbaijans legislation does not require a quorum at elections. Thus, voting is considered complete.
Answering journalists questions, Babayev stated voters low activity at todays elections compared to the previous run. However, he added, in some constituencies attendance was higher compared to that on November 6, 2005. In general, this election totals may not be considered lower than last years, Babayev underlined.
