Allahshukur Pashazadeh has not watched this film. But I can`t stay indifferent to numerous appeals of believers who was shocked with this film and appealed to ban this movie, Allahshukur Pashazadeh pointed out. He told about his intentions to raise this issue before the official bodies.
It should be mentioned that several countries have already banned the producer Ron Hovard`s movie Da Vinci`s Code. The fact that an apocryphal version of New Testament, according to which, Maria Magdalena gave birth to children from Jesus Christ were set forth in the movie caused the reason for it. The scenario of the film was created on the base of the book written by Den Brown who thinks that Vatican still carefully keeps this fact from all. Religious offices of different countries consider the movie and the book itself insult feelings of believers, as it distort facts written in the Bible and Koran.
