CEC sends results of votes to Constitution Court

The last meeting of the Central Elections Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan on the results of the re-run parliamentary elections was held on 27 May, Trend reports. The meeting adopted the final protocols on re-run parliamentary elections.

Natik Mammadov, the CEC Secretary, spoke on the results. He underlined due to some violations it was impossible define the will of the voters in the section 3 of Gedebey Constituency103, section 14 of Zakatala Constituency 110, sections 10 and 37 of Agdam Rural Constituency 119. So, it was proposed to take a resolution on annulations of the result of the votes in these sections.

The CEC took a resolution to send the result of the re-run parliamentary elections to the Constitution Court. The final protocols will be inked by the CEC members.
