The Azerbaijanis living in Georgia appealed to the administration of the Georgian president for the replacement of the gubernator of Kvemo-Kartlin province, Dashgin Gulmammadov, the president of the National Assembly of Georgian Azerbaijanis (NAGA), informed Trend.
The Assembly has prepared a packet of proposals to the Georgian head for conducting staff reforms in regions settled by Azerbaijanis. We propose that Azerbaijanis should be represented in executive bodies of Marneul, Dmanisk, Gardabani and Bolnis districts. In the near days, we will submit the packet of proposals to the president administration, told Gulmammadov.
If Azerbaijanis are represented in executive structures, it will accelerate the solution process of the problems in connection with our compatriots. Besides, we insist that the gubernator of Kvemo-Kartli should be replaced. Because this man hasnt resolve any problem related to our compatriots, said Gulmammadov.
