After the investigation in laboratories of 10 various private medical institutions, the analyses of two sick on hepatitis virus C didnt correspondent to each other. During the raid, serious shortages were revealed in private clinic Diamed,Trend reports with reference to the ministry of Health of Azerbaijan. The branches of the clinic in Nizami district of Baku city
and Mingachevir city functioned without license. In parallel with the medical activity, a construction work is realized in G.Aliyeva str. 101 which has not been agreed with sanitation-control organs and sanitation-antiepidemic regime wasnt ensured. During the activity, it has been received no response from the State Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Patient for examination and treatment. Besides, there were taken efforts to create obstacles for the work of the commission and necessary documents were not submitted.
Taking into consideration the shortages, it was made a decision on stop of activity of Diamed from June 29, 2006. The renewal of the activity of the medical institution will be considered after the shortages are liquidated.
At present, inspections are being held in other several medical centers.
