Construction control agency established at the Ministry of Emergency Response (MER) requires specialists, Trend reports quoting Kamaleddin Heydarov, Minister for Emergency Response.
Heydarov said the ministry already had addressed 50 companies for specialists involvement.
В"Laity will be withdrawn from work. I think this work shall be assigned to competent people knowing about construction. The specialists involvement mitigates the future risks. In case specialist knows how to construct a building using specific materials and can supervise the process, the danger to such buildings is quite lowВ", minister said.
Heydarov also said the companies raising buildings without a review will be accountable to the law.
