The Congress of World Azerbaijanis (CWA) is planning to hold cultural and massive measures in several countries, the deputy chairman of CWA Eldar Garadagli told Trend.
He noted that the measures will be realized by the Academy of Culture and Art. Concert programs will be organized in Russia, Finland, Sweden, Germany and other countries. The finance received from the measures will be directed toward assistance to South Azerbaijan, he added.
Besides, Garadagli stressed that until IX session of CWA scheduled for December 9-11 of this year, it is planned to hold several measures.
