Azeri President Ilham Aliyev has dispatched a congratulation message to his Tajikistani counterpart Emomali Rahmonov, Trend reports.
The letter dispatched on occasion of the national holiday (Day of Independence) states the confidence that traditional ties of friendship and co-operation between Azerbaijan and Tajikistan will further strengthen and develop for the sake of flourishing of two nations and countries, as well as of the peace and progress in the region.
