The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev forwarded a congratulation letter to the President of Algeria Abdulaziz Buteflik on the occasion of the national holiday Revolution Day.
The letter states the hope that the Azerbaijani-Algerian relations will develop in a friendly manner and the co-operation will promote in accordance with the interests of the two countries, Trend reports.
