Ilham Aliyev, the President of Azerbaijan sent a congratulation letter to the President of Finland Tarya Holonen on the occasion of the National Holiday Independence Day of Finland, Trend reports.
In his letter, the State Head of Azerbaijan voiced his confidence that the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Finland will develop in a friendly manner and the co-operation in accordance with the common interests.
