The Parliamentary Assembly co-rapporteurs for the monitoring of Azerbaijan, Tony Lloyd (United Kingdom, SOC) and Andres Herkel (Estonia, EPP/CD), have welcomed the return of ANS TV station to the air, Trend reports with reference to the information of the Council of Europe. They urged that the law on Radio and Television, and the procedure for its application, is reviewed by Council of Europe experts, to avoid similar situation in the future.
