The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov, briefed the media that the Embassy of Spain will open in Baku, Trend reports.
Mammadyarov said that he learned it from the Spanish Foreign Minister, new Chairman of the OSCE, Miguel Anchel Moratinos. He said that the Cabinet of Ministers of Spain has already made a relevant decision.
Mammadyarov said that this question will be resolved with Azerbaijan at the beginning of 2007, when the Spanish Foreign Minister, as Minister and new OSCE Chairman, will visit the country.
