The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov, said that the results of the negotiations regarding Nagorno-Karabakh in 2006 were positive, Trend reports. He said that this fact was also confirmed by the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group. We discussed many questions. One serious question remains, and if we find a solution to this matter, it will be a step forward. On the other hand, we want to believe that Armenia seriously approaches this question and does not try to use up time from the political point of view, said the Minister.
Touching on the increase or decrease of the probability of resolving the question through military way as comprised to last year, Mammadyarov said that he supports peaceful negotiations. The military way may bring harm to the economy and development of Azerbaijan, including the whole region.
