The American Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, Matthew Bryza, briefed the media on January 24 in the airport while leaving Baku that is it possible to call constructive the negotiations held with the Head of Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
According to him, the consultation covered so-called key principles of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement, as well as energy issues. The mediator added that the Foreign Minister and President of Azerbaijan seriously and constructively approach the negotiations and this allows hope for reaching an agreement this year. In addition, Bryza said that both sides seriously protect their positions in the negotiations, but in a constructive manner.
