Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend S.Agayeva / Vilayat Guliyev, the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Poland, reported that Lech Kachinskiy, the President of Poland, will visit Azerbaijan later on this month.
In particular, Anna Fotyga, the Polish Foreign Minister, who is presently in Azerbaijan plans to discuss arrangements for the Polish President's forthcoming visit. Ms Fotyga's visit to Azerbaijan will involve continuing bilateral discussions on the development of co-operation and positions of the two countries
" Poland is an active member of the European Union and Azerbaijan actively co-operates with it within the framework of the New Neighborhood Policy," Guliyev stressed. Co-operation between Azerbaijan and Poland in its integration into the Euro-Atlantic organizations could be profitable, he added.
Guliyev also noted that Warsaw has is objective about Nagorno-Karabakh and clearly acknowledges Armenia's destructive role in this issue.
