Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend E.Huseynli/ Capetown in the Republic of South African Republic will host the General Assembly of World Parliaments in 14 - 18 March, said Azay Guliyev, the Co-chairman and Deputy of Azerbaijan-Romania Interparliamentary Friendship Group. Azay Guliyev and Azer Amiraslanov will represent Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan in the supreme assembly where parliamentarians of over 100 countries will participate.
Guliyev stated that the assembly will discuss the following issues: fight against corruption, development of regions, strengthening of inter-parliamentary co-operation and other issues. The deputy also said that they would inform about the conducted social-political activities and economic reforms in Azerbaijan.
