Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Agayeva / The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has offered his condolences to the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, after the numerous deaths which occurred as a result of two separate incidents, a fire at an old people's home in the Krasnodar Territory and an explosion in a Ulyanovsk coal mine in Kemerovo, oblast of Russia.
The State Head of Azerbaijan offered his condolences, on behalf of Azeri people, to all the families and relatives of the victims, as well as all the Russian population.
