Azerbaijan, Baku/ Trend , corr I. Alizadeh/ Hadi Radjabli, the Chairman of the Permanent Commission for Social Policy of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan's Parliament), has said that the Draft on Allotting a Grant for Local Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) is currently being under preparation. He noted that most of the Azerbaijani NGOs depend on foreign donors and sponsors, adding that by passing the mentioned Bill will eliminate this issue.
