Gasimova/ Vitaly Bala, a political analyst, Director of the Centre for Modelling the Situation in Ukraine, has said that the last statement made by Viktor Yanukovich, Ukraine's Prime-Minister concerning the presentation the right to make a decision regarding the holding of elections to the Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine's Parliament) to the Parliament of the Country aimed at prolonging the Election day and attach legitimacy to the Parliament.
Mr. Yanukovich, Ukraine's Prime-Minister noted that the issue of advisability of the early election should be viewed by the Parliament, "This is a political issue and it should be first of all considered by all political parties and members of the Parliament of the Country.
Mr. Bala reported that by attaching legitimacy to the Parliament, Mr. Yanukovich would support Alexander Moroz, the Ukrainian Speaker." The alternative way of holding the election for Mr. Yanukovich and Ukraine will be autumn that enable them to demonstrate the good activity of the Government they led and loosen the confrontation among the opposition that may have its effect on the returns of the forthcoming elections," said the Political Scientist.
Vyatcheslav Kirilenko, the leader of the party of "Nasha Ukraina" has said that the mega-block for the participation at the parliamentary election campaign may be found. "Vpered Ukraina!", "NRU", "UNP", "Sobor", "Pora", "KUN" held a regular negotiations to set up a wide block for the participation in the forthcoming elections.
Mr. Kirilenko added that all participants of the negotiations were convinced that only the unification of all the democratic powers would allow them to gain the elections.
The Ukrainian political analyst expressed an opinion concerning Mr. Kirilenko's plans to found the mentioned block ( "Nasha Ukraina", "Vpered Ukraina!", "NRU", "UNP", "Sobor", "XDS", "Pora", "KUN") for the participation in the pre-term parliamentary elections.
According to Mr. Bala, from the technical point of view, the holding of the election campaign for the Social Movement of "People Security" and Yuriy Lutsenko, the leader of the movement will be more alternative than to join the block, and therefore they could rely upon voters of "SPU".
