Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend I.Alizade / The member of Azerbaijan Parliament's Permanent Commission on Economic Policy, MP Vahid Ahmadov, said on 11 May that the Government of Azerbaijan submitted the draft law on Implementation of 2006 State Budget to the Parliament.
Ahmadov stressed that at present the draft law is being discussed by the Commission. "We are studying how the 2006 State budget has been implemented and its shortfalls. The Accounting Chamber of Azerbaijan should provide a response how the 2006 State budget has been implemented. Presently we expect the assessment by the Accounting Chamber," Ahmadov said. He added that once the issue is considered by the Commission, the draft law will be presented to the discussions of the Parliament.
