Azerbaijan, Lankaran / Тrend corr P. Aliyeva / Heydar Aliyev Foundation provided assistance to a kindergarten named after Osman Mirzayev in Azerbaijan's Lankaran region at the beginning of the new academic year.
The Foundation presented the kindergarten with 72 uniforms, school manuals, textbooks and bags, according to the director of the kindergarten, Ofelia Jafarova.
The ' New School to Renewed Azerbaijan' programme is being implemented under the direction of Mehriban Aliyeva, the President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. In the past 3 years the Foundation financed the construction of about 400 schools in Azerbaijan.
Lankaran region with a population of 201,500 people is located 268km south of Baku.
