( dpa ) - Brazilian striker Raffael is to join Germany's Hertha Berlin from FC Zurich on a four-year contract, the Bundesliga club said Tuesday.
Hertha have paid some 4.5 million euros (6.6 million dollars) for the 22-year-old who has signed a contract until June 30, 2012. He joins three other Brazilians Gilberto, Mineiro and Limaat at Hertha.
"We are delighted that we have managed to sign Raffael," club general manager Dieter Hoeness said. "His qualities will enliven our attacking game. He's a player with very good prospects."
