Turkey, Ankara, 22 April / Trend corr A. Alaskarov/ A group of Azerbaijani journalists visiting Turkey was received by Hilmi Bengi, Director General of Anadolu news agency.
During the meeting, journalists were informed of the agency's history, structure and work principles. Bengi positively estimated the cooperation between Turkish and Azerbaijani media.
He also mentioned the support Anadolu rendered to Azerbaijani state news agency AzerTaj during the voting for its acceptance to the European Alliance of News Agencies (EANA). Bengi hopes that the upcoming conference of the Turkic speaking countries' news agencies to take place in Baku will give an impetus to further development of the relations.
