Azerbaijan, Baku, 22 September / Trend corr. K.Zarbaliyeva / The court rejected complaint of members of the Musavat party against the Baku City Administration.
The Court of Appeal decided to keep in power the decision of the Sabail District Court, dated 25 June, at the meeting on 22 September.
Members of the party, including Gulaga Aslanli, Huseyn Malikov and Tofig Yagublu, appealed to the Baku City Administration to get permission to hold demonstration on 6 May in 2008.
The capital authorities offered Bibi-Heybat stadium instead of five addressed noted at the appeal to hold action.
Members of the party appealed to the Sabail District Court of Baku with suit of violation of Freedom of assembly and Freedom of speech. The court solved the case in favor of the Baku City Administration.
The complaint will be delivered to the Supreme Court of the country, Nurlan Aliyev, a representative of plaintiffs, said.
