Azerbaijan, Baku, 10 October / Trend corr. I.Alizade /Mahir Gamzayev will nominate candidature in the parliamentary elections in Lithuania on 12 October. їGamzayev, Chairman of the Lithuanian Azerbaijanis Community, nominates his candidature from the Joint Movement of Liberals party,ї the press-service of the State Committee on Work with Azerbaijanis Residing Abroad said to Trend on 10 October.
Candidates from 21 political parties will participate in the elections. Totally, there are 71 election districts. Seventy-one candidates are elected from single member constituency and 70 from many member constituencies.
Eligius Masulis, Chairman of the Joint Movement of Liberals Party, is a member of the Parliament and Ginataras Steponavichus, one of the leaders of the party, vise speaker.
Gamzayev participates in the elections both on the single and much member constituency system. Gamzayev nominated his candidature from the single member constituency Zarasay-Visaginas 52 is located 160km of Vilnius. Gamzayevїs name in the many member constituencies is in the 23 place amongst 100 people.
