The accused Fuzuli Mammadov, citizen of Georgia, did not plead guilty of murdering his fellow villager Vahid Humbatov in a trial in the Court on Grave Crimes on 22 October.
Mammadov is suspected of murder at the request of the head of grouping Muhdat Omarov in 1991.
He is charged with willful murder, illegally storing arms, creating armed grouping. Mammadov was arrested in March 2008. In his statements Mammadov admitted that he is the member of the gang led by Omarov, but he did not plead guilty of killing his fellow villager.
The members of the armed group led by Omarov were adjudged in 2003 for willful murder, requested murder and armed attacks.
