Azerbaijan, Baku, 27 October / Trend corr. K.Zarbaliyeva / The court investigates case of the Iranian citizen cheating the Azerbaijani citizens again.
Investigation on case of Iranian citizen Roober Movsum, who was charged of fraud, was resumed at hearings in the Serious Crime Court on 27 October.
He acquainted with sellers of the Bina Trade Centre in 2003 and promised them to bring plastic plates from Iran.
Movsum, who gained trust of more than 20 sellers, misappropriated more than AZN 1mln.
The Serious Crime Court sentenced Movsum to eight-year imprisonment in January 2007.
The Baku Court of Appeal sent the case to the Serious Crime Court basing on that the case was not correctly investigated.
The Prosecutor announced indictment at the hearings on 27 October. The accused person denied blames, sounded against him.
