The court of Nasimi region of Baku applied to the Azerbaijani Constitutional court for explanation of civil and criminal-procedural codes.
These appeals will be considered at the meeting of plenum during a week, the constitutional court told Trend on June 9.
The court of Nasimi region said about often problems while solving disputes connected with requirements of additional percent payment qualified by banks in case of non-fulfillment of money obligations by clients. An inquiry was sent to the constitutional court to explain article 449 of the civil code envisaging responsibility for non-fulfillment of money obligations.
The court of Nasimi region applied for explanation of article 449 of the criminal-procedural code envisaging appeal in the court of procedural actions or provisions of agency conducting criminal process, as well as right for complaint by accused person or his/her defender on decision about denial of criminal case filing.
The court of Nasimi region applied for explanation of complaint made by other participants of process - suffered person and his/her defender.
