The court passed a sentence on a person providing false information to police about a bomb threat in one of the high schools in the Nizami district of Baku.
The Serious Crimes Court completed the process on a criminal case on a Baku resident, Hamid Nasibov, (17) charged under the Article 216 (false report about a terrorism attack) of the Criminal Code. As the accused is mentally ill, the court decided to send Nasibov to the Mashdaga neurological clinic No.1.
On May 30, at about 16:00, Nasibov called police and reported that a bomb was placed in the "Zangi Lyceum" in the Mahsati Street.
