Representatives of the Azerbaijani Ombudsman met with young activists Emin Milli and Adnan Hajizade detained in the Baku investigation isolator. They are accused of hooliganism, the Ombudsman Office told Trend on Oct.30.
The young activists complained that the judicial trial is delayed. They said that they have all necessary conditions in jail.
According to the official information, drunk Emin Milli (Abdullayev), Adnan Hajizadeh and other five people have beaten Vusal Mammadov and Babek Huseynov when Mammadov and Huseynov demanded to cease abusing in Lebonese restaurant on July 9 at 18:00.
Young people are accused on the articles 221.2.1 (hooliganism) and 127 (intentional health hazard) of the Criminal Code. Young people deny accusations and call this arrest as contracted one.
