March 30, Azerbaijan Public Union Irali will lay flowers in front of the Russian Embassy to Azerbaijan in memory of victims of terror acts that took place in Moscow today, the public union said.
"On this sad day on behalf of Irali we express our condolences to the families and relatives of the victims, all the Russian people, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured," said in the information.
Blasts rocked the Lubyanka and Park Kultury metro stations this morning.
According to the last information, 38 people died and 65 people were hospitalized.
