Azerbaijani Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova prompted to restore citizen's right of apartment, the Ombudsman Apparatus reported.
"A resident of Baku appealed to Suleymanova due to the fact that the building where he lives is demolished, but he is not able to move into a new apartment. A resident asked Suleymanova to assist in the protection of his rights," the source reported.
Suleymanova requested the Narimanov District Executive Power to investigate and report all information on the complaint.
As a result of the undertaken activities, the applicant was issued an order for a two-bedroom apartment of 90.4 square meters on the A.Aliyev Street 26. A citizen was given monetary compensation needed for repairs.
