Azerbaijani Education Minister Misir Mardanov instructed the heads of higher and secondary educational institutions today to start using the "Undergraduate-Graduate" e-database.
The database will include information about undergraduate and graduate students in universities and colleges throughout Azerbaijan, their academic success, and their transfers to other institutions.
The minister asked the rectors to provide information on all student transfers by next week.
