Azerbaijani, Kyrgyz ombudsmen agree on cooperation

The Azerbaijani and Kyrgyz Ombudsmen agreed to cooperate on several issues, Kyrgyz Ombudsman Tursumbek Akun said at the news conference in Baku today. Akun is on visit to Baku upon his Azerbaijani Counterpart Elmira Suleymanova's invitation.
During the meeting, Akun and Suleymanova agreed on cooperation between the staffs of the two countries' ombudsmen apparatus on issues such as migration, protection of child rights, mechanisms to prevent torture and gender equality.
"We would like our employees to visit Azerbaijan to gain experience and we agreed on this today," Akun said.
