The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) conducted a two-week workshop on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the bank supervisors, the CBA said.
The workshop is held on January 17-28 by a foreign expert in the field of international financial reporting standards Susan Thetford. The workshop covered such topics as the identification of financial instruments, measurement and reporting, financial reporting, the schedule of cash flow, consolidated financial reporting, requirements for disclosing financial instruments.
The representatives of the CBA and the State Securities Committee attended the workshop.
