Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No 189 on 16 May to approve the draft cooperation agreement between the governments of Belarus and Azerbaijan to combat embezzlement of cultural values and guarantee their return as the basis for holding talks, BelTA learnt from the presidential press service.
Interior Minister of Belarus Anatoly Kuleshov has been authorized to hold the talks on the draft agreement and sign it.
