Azerbaijan will prepare proposals to improve social legislation.
The Azerbaijani Lawyers' Confederation, with the support of the German Friedrich Ebert Foundation, has launched a new project to support the improvement of legislation which would ensure the social welfare of citizens and a decent standard of living, the Confederation told Trend.
The project is envisaged to prepare proposals to provide people in need of social protection with state support. The project also seeks to develop a more equitable method of improving social legislation.
The Confederation will develop proposals in the field of pensions, social benefits, and improving the issuance of regulations targeting social benefits.
